I ate a Caesar salad with chicken and 1 hr later had a really bad headache and then stomach ache. I was throwing up for 5 hours. Never have gotten sick like this in my life. I would go to wash my face and I would start vomiting again and couldn't stop in time to vomit in toilet. My sink is clogged for the amount of times this happened. Definitely not a stomach bug as I was with my friend all day sharing food and drinks. 5 hrs of vomiting! Someone didn't handle this food properly. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Headache
