Premade Caesar Salad Illness - Marketside, Pauls Valley Oklahoma

I purchased a premade caesar salad from here on 2/28/21 and ate it for lunch on the same day. There was no indication that there was anything wrong with the salad as I was eating. I had nothing else to eat, only the salad and water. Within a few hours, I was experiencing severe diarrhea. The severe symptoms lasted for more than 24 hours. It is now 3/3/21 and I am still experiencing some discomfort and diarrhea although the symptoms are improving very slowly. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
