Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Nausea, Stomach Pain, Headache
Suspected source: Chicken sandwich
Onset: 3 hours
Duration: 1hour and still is
Sick: 1
Additional information: First time I ate it and about 2 hours later I get a headache and stomach problems. I got to take a number 2 multiple times throughout the day and lose close to 5 pounds in almost 2 days, but eventually after 2 days it went away. I then ordered it again almost a week later and starting to have the same problem again. Chicken also tastes extremely oily | Symptoms: Nausea, Stomach Pain, Headache
