Before getting the train back from meadowhall i went into m&s to get a snack. the snack a reduced sandwich selection box which i ate at around 6 o’clock. by the 11pm that night i hadn’t ate anything else and suddenly started vomiting which continued throughout the night. Nothing else could’ve made me sick like that besides those reduced sandwiches | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
