Been to m&s today, was feeling fine till I had one of their very bitter lattes. About 20 minutes later I started feeling nauseous and sweating like mad. Then 4-5 hours later I have just had diarrhea, That literally never happens to me! Never!! | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Sweating
