Severe Reaction: OJ, Burrito - McDonald's, Wichita Falls Texas

I had OJ, breakfast burrito, and hash browns. Within minutes I had diarrhea and cramps. An hour later I was vomiting uncontrollably and sh*tting all over my self. I had to work that night and they called an ambulance because I passed out in the bathroom and was still vomiting even when I was unconscious. I did not wake up until a day later and was kept in the hospital for a week. I could not keep anything down and continually sh*tting for hours at a time. I never sh*t so much in my entire life. Im so grateful that Im alive but McDonald's is getting a fat lawsuit. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
