I’m submitting this in behalf of my wife who is seriously sick from food poisoning. We had eaten two McChickens late yesterday evening. She stated she was in good health before bed. She woke up feeling nausea, heartburn, and upset stomach. Very soon after she got out of bed she started vomiting. Throughout the whole day she has vomited more than 12 times and had bad diarrhea 5 times. We’re doing our best to keep her hydrated for the time being but her stomach pain hasn’t eased up. I didn’t suffer any symptoms at all so this appears to be one of the McChickens she ate. Our order made pretty late yesterday via Uber Eats. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Heartburn
