I had a large chicken nugget meal at around 4,pm on Sunday the 26th. At around 12am that evening I began violently being sick with diarrhea. I have been throwing up constantly since then. I have painful cramps in my stomach too. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
