quarter pounder  Got the burger last night. I noticed an odd taste but thought it was the onions. Stomach pain started a few hours later so I laid down. I woke up early in the morning to terrible stomach pain. Ive had watery diarrhea and vomiting for several hours now. I can’t keep anything down even water.
