quarter pounder  Got the burger last night. I noticed an odd taste but thought it was the onions. Stomach pain started a few hours later so I laid down. I woke up early in the morning to terrible stomach pain. Ive had watery diarrhea and vomiting for several hours now. I can’t keep anything down even water. I am vomiting green bile and suffering intensely. I have a severe headache now so I’m going to the ER Today  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Headache, Stomach Pain, Bile
