I never eat at McDonalds but it was late and we were busy, I grabbed a chicken Caesar Salad from the drive through, they gave me two side salads cuase they were out of the full size. Ate it right before bed, Woke up with explosive diarrhea as soon as I got up lasted two days, but still felt like I had a brick in my stomach, naseaus evertime I ate, gassy, bloated, and stomach hurts like hell, diarrhea subsided for a day or two then came back, & days later and I am still sick as a dog, going to doctor as soon as they open. Never again. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Gas, Bloating, Stomach Pain
