I ate two big Macs yesterday. Afterwards I felt like something was wrong. I didn't eat anything the rest of the day. I went to sleep hoping it would go away. I woke up and felt like I had a fever. I dismissed it and drove to work. My stomach started hurting more so I drove home. I threw up on the side of the freeway. I got home threw up more. I still feel like I am sick. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
