Purchased a spicy McChicken $5 meal deal around 4pm on 3/31/2026. By bedtime started feeling bad and vomiting and diarrhea. Still in bed 4/1/26. About 2-3 hours after, nausea and proceeded in intensity and symptoms through the night. Still in bed today, 4/1/2026. I ate the fries, the chicken sandwich, and drank unsweet tea. Missed work. 24 hour caregiver at $16 per hour. I'm out $384 on a $5 meal! | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
