Late-Night Meal Illness - McDonald's, Pickering Ontario

After a new years party, around 3am, my friends and I stopped at McDonalds to grab a meal. I stopped eating at McDonalds years ago, but nothing else was open that late at night and we were starving. I ordered a Seriously Chicken meal with poutine and a drink (sprite). The next morning, I wokeup early from an uncomfortable feeling and went to the washroom. The washroom visits continued throughout the day. I had a very restless feeling - feeling tired and fatigue but unable to sleep. Later that night, I wokeup several times to an upset stomach, but this time the symptons included diarrhea and terrible vomiting. I colapsed on the bathroom floor as I had no energy. I somehow managed to pull myself into bed, where I experienced cold and sweating at the same time (chills). I curled up and held my stomach hoping to rest up, but the discomfort kept me up. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Sweating
