My 3 year old ate a happy meal last week, threw up right after eating it ended up having a fever for 3 days of 101.9 the highest diarrhea and not eating, he was better Saturday and I got him a happy meal today because we were out running around all of a sudden this evening he throws up again! Never again am I taking him to this place | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever
