Sweet Tea Stomach Bug - McDonald's, Anaheim California

Two weeks ago I caught a stomach bug from there. I rarely leave the house as I am disabled and that was the only place I had any takeout food from. On 11/23/2024 I got a mcdouble within a few hours of eating I had severe cramping and diarrhea. I don't know what is going on with this location but it is in serious decline in terms of pace of service and food safety. I forgot to add that both times I had sweet tea from there and that is the only thing that was the same from both visits. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
