I ate lunch. Maybe once a week I will get a McChicken, small fry, and a small Sprite. I only ate half the McChicken because the taste was off. Drank about 2/3 of the Sprite and went back to work. Very quickly I started getting cramps and nausea. Three hours later, I’m at home miserable. Horrible stomach cramping and gagging that finally lead to to vomiting. It did not relieve symptoms for long though, Just me. Stomach cramping started in about and hour. Horrible cramping and nausea about 3 hours after the meal. Vomiting about 5-6 hours after meal | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Cramps
