Started to feel sick shortly after eating the meal yesterday I didn't finish the rest. My stomach felt funny and I started to burp sulfur and have farting episodes. This morning I have diarrhea and more sulfur burps and farts. My stomach is making gurgling sounds. Yesterday | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Other, Gas, Burping
