I had McDonald’s on West Michigan Ave. The location with the jungle gym toys for little kids. On Thursday may, 10th , 2018. I ate a couple bites of the dollar sandwich and thought it tasted kind of different. Although my taste buds have changed, but I had recently had the same kind of sandwich at a different location the weekend prior. About two hours after ingesting the sandwich, my stomach hurt. It continued all night at work. Had horrible burping, smelly farts and a headache. Friday I still felt horrible. I went into work Friday night and they sent me home. I started vomiting at work before clocking in. I continued to throw up all the way home. It’s Saturday and I’m a little better but still a lot of indigestion/burping/ gas and abdominal pain. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Gas, Headache, Indigestion, Stomach Pain, Burping
