Family Sick After McDonald's Meal - McDonald's, Laval Quebec

As of October 16, 2021, I ordered Mac Donalds around 7:14pm. An hour after eating, I started vomiting and then had severe nausea and diarrhea. My daughter, who ate McDonalds too, started to have nausea at 1:30 in the morning and vomited in bed.
