Suspected Food Poisoning. Symptoms: intense stomach cramps, nausea, diarrhea. Purchased a McSpicy at McDonald’s this afternoon, around 6pm CST to try, it had been a while since I had McDonald’s but my brother and I were out and he offered. That evening, around 10pm as I was getting ready to wind down for the night I had this intense stomach cramp and gurgling. I immediately went to the washroom and spent a solid 20-30 minutes on the toilet. It seems to be happening again and again all night, about an hour and a half apart. It is 3am as I type this. Found this website as I am once again on the toilet looking to see if there were any reports/news recently of any outbreaks like E. Coli or Salmonella. I sadly no longer have a picture of the box or the receipt as those were thrown in the garbage bin after eating. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
