Coming out off Mexico .Otay we stopped at McDonald's I bought and ate a big Mac with in 15 min. I started getting sick to my atomic for the next 2 days I vomited with diarrhea nausea sever stomach pain I could not even stand up it was like if some off it stayed in the bottom of my stomach this happend12/22/2017 .I had to go to urgent care on12/24/20172 | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
