ER Visit After McDonald's - McDonald's, Norwalk Ohio

I ate food from the McDonalds on Benedict Ave on 2/1 at 1:55PM. I have the receipt. Within several hours I was violently ill and remained so for the remainder of the afternoon/evening. I visited the emergency room at Fairview Hospital on the morning, approximately midnight, of 2/2 and was diagnosed with food poisoning. I had not eaten anything prior to McDonalds within the last 24 hours. The food from McDonalds was the only thing I had to eat. I have the hospital records and associated test information they conducted. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
