Burrito Illness: Cramps, Vomit - McDonald's, Port Huron Michigan

I ate 2 breakfast burritos from McDonald's at around 5-6am and my symptoms started around 11am. It started with cramping that made me bend in half, brought tears to my eyes, then accompanied by vomiting. I have a slight fever, waiting for Dr to call back but he assured me it was infact a type of food poisoning and that is all I had to eat today. | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
