I ate a big meal at 3 hours before I started to feels sick My stomach started to feel pain at 10pm last night. I threw up around 2am (with diarrhea at the same time), and once again at 3am, 5:30am, and just 10 minutes ago I threw up (with diarrhea at the same time), and had several diarrhea trips  between. When I try to stand up and walk around I feel nausea. It took 3 hours for the symptoms to start. I am the only one who was sick; I live alone.  It happened Last night starting around 10pm until now, | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
