I ate at this location about 2:50pm going on 3pm today October 09, 2019. I ate the 10 piece chicken nugget meal. By 3:58pm on my way home I noticed a terrible stomach ache came on with cramps including a headache after walking towards my house I felt the nausea and almost vomited on myself. By time I got inside and laid down for a few I kept almost throwing up but it wouldn’t come out and then a few minutes later the whole meal came up out my mouth and nose and doing the throwing up I also pooped on myself as well. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Headache
