I got Big Mac Meal wOrange Fanta to drink for dinner bout 730 at night. I brought it home (5 min drive) and b4 I was 12 done wburger my stomach started to cramp and felt horribly nauseated. It didnt hit the spot as I had a craving gif it so just tasted off from the first bite I guess. My stomach bloated immediately and felt horrible rest of night wdiarrhea and felt so badly I needed to vomit. 7 days later I m just now a bit better. I was not sure what was causing my lingering diarrhea bloating and naseau but s friend reminded me it all started wmy McDonalds meal and now I see all these claims. I didnt think food poisoning cld last this long but I m leaning in this direction. I have felt like I have a mild case of intestinal virus but didnt make sense how it started. The abdominal discomfort has lingered varying in intensity as well as urgent explosive diarrhea alternating walmost constipation all in the same day. Gonna reach out to the restaurant and health dept tmrw. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Constipation, Bloating, Cramps
