Went there last night around midnight for some food, 4 hours later I was throwing up like I had been on an all night bender even though I didn't drink a thing. 13 hours later and I still cant even hold down water.I am going on vacation in a couple days, I really hope I get better. I haven't been this sick 7 years. The last time I was sick like this was from a McDonalds in Surrey BC, but I never reported it. Why cant McDonalds have better quality control.. I'm going back to bed, I cant even keep my head up | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
