My mother went and picked two orders from McDonalds the day before yesterday (4th Dec 2023) and after 9-12 hours we both got blood in our stool, stomach pain, diarrhea. Yesterday I didn't speak with my mother so I thought it was only me and ignored it, but it became worse and told my mother wasn't feeling well, she told me that she had the same symptoms and she thinks it may have been from McDonalds. Today we have the same symptoms + tiredness, I also vomited. We're going to the doctors or emergency if we don't feel better tomorrow. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Bloody Stool
