Fast Food Illness Impact - McDonald's, Port Orchard Washington

Had the ten piece meal on sunday February 5th around 6pm. Approximately 2 hours later started feeling ill. Ended up missing the following Monday and Tuesday of work. Not only was this very devastating to my body. It has also hurt me financially. I will never eat at this establishment again. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
