I ate a english mcmuffin May 22 in the morning and I started to feel nauseous. After feeling nauseous for at least 20 mins I was throwing up and had diarrhea. I went to sleep because my stomach was hurting so bad and that was the only way I could deal with it. I woke out of my sleep gagging and then I threw up some more while having diarrhea. My stomach felt like it was in knots as all of this was happening and after I went back to sleep. Only to wake up around 1am May 23 with the same cycle. My stomach and back is still hurting, I still feel nauseas and I have a slight headache. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Lightheaded, Headache
