Nuggets Cause Severe Illness - McDonald's, Los Angeles California

Boyfriend and I both ate 10 chicken nuggets each. We ate around 2 pm. He began showing symptoms of nausea and fever around 4 pm. Eventually it passed after 2 tylenols, a wet towel, and rest. I later showed symptoms around 8pm. It began with dizziness then around 9 I had stomach pain and diarrhea. I threw up 4 times- all within an hour and half ( the first 3 were the food and the last one stomach lining) I began having chills and fever around 10:15pm and am contemplating going to hospital because I keep vomiting and feel very fatigued and dehydrated. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Stomach Pain, Dehydration, Chills, Fatigue
