Felt fine initially but then I got a headache which then turned into a fever and I developed diarrhea and nausea for about 4 days, also had stomach cramps, cold sweats. I'm not sure which of the 3 items I ate actually gave me food poisoning . | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Cramps, Headache, Sweating
