McFlurry Hygiene Concerns - McDonald's, Montpellier Occitanie

Hello,

Last night I ordered to take away an mc first beef macdo menu from near arenas located in Montpellier, with for dessert a Mcflurry suede caramel that had started to melt during the trip so cassionally inedible for dessert.
After finishing my meal, my belly started to swell I felt very bad and a few hours later nauseous. I started vomiting 3 hours after the meal, all accompanied by stomach aches.
In addition I would like to point out the lack of hygiene with respect to drinks and ice cream there is no lid to protect, and hygiene standards?? | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
