After work, I went to the McDonalds as listed in the location and order a Double Quarter Pounder meal. Once I consumed it, an hour later I started to feel my stomach aching and felt nauseous. Over the next few hours I had numerous trips to the bathroom and vomited multiple times. I ultimately had to go to the ER as I was dehydrated and wanted proper treatment. This will be the last time McDonalds gets my service. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
