My daughter got a chicken nugget happy meal today at the morrisburg mcdonalds for dinner, she was fine after she eat she woke me up in the middle of the night saying she had a headache and she had a fever. I gave her Tylenol for her fever and half hour later she's been puking. This isn't the first time either my son had a chicken nugget happy meal a couple months ago and got food poisoning from the same place not to happy!! | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Headache
