I ate McDonalds on May 24 2023 in the afternoon I ate a Big Mac, fries with Chinese sauce, Deluxe some nuggets I tasted a burger chicken and a McFleurry then I took the train and I had cold sweat and shivers and I went all out so as not to pass out on the train I got off the train I vomited in a trash can but this morning I felt better I have a stomachache and diarrhea | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
