ER Visit After Nuggets - McDonald's, Lino Lakes Minnesota

I ordered a 4 piece chicken nugget on 2-14-18, I only ate 2 because they didn't taste right. I became sick with nausea, vomiting and diarrhea 10 hours later and wound up going to the ER for severe symptoms and dehydration. I am still suffering from diarrhea today and have not been able to eat since Valentine's Day. I am very disappointed because this is a very new McDonald's in our town. I will never eat at any McDonald's again.
