My 4 yr old grandson ate lunch at McDonald's in pottsville,PA and a 1/2 hour later not even my grandson was vomiting all over the kitchen..and no he's not sick..he's autistic so he can't tell me anything he's nonverbal..and I got his lunch and after eating a few I noticed that his nuggets looked like they had been in the grease for days!!that's a shame that they serve food to a person and even a small child!!!
