Big Mac & Nuggets Illness - McDonald's, Prescott Valley Arizona

My friend & I both ate there around 3pm. We each had a BigMac & ChickenNuggets. By 7pm 1st person became nauseated & dizzy, ended up with extreme vomiting, diarrhea & chills. 2nd person became sick, stomach cramps, diarrhea & dizzy shortly after. That was the only food we had eaten since early breakfast so it had to be the food. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills, Dizziness
