McDonald's
Ordered 2 hamburgers and a fry. Was up all night sick. Went to urgent care and had to have an IV to clean me out because I couldn't stop vomiting. That was an expensive dinner ($100 copay). | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
