ER Visit After McD's Meal - McDonald's,

Boyfriend and I both got food poisoning from McDonald's. Had to take him to the ER because he couldn't keep fluids down and they then diagnosed him with food poisoning. I got sick the next day after (yes, very stupid) I decided to have McDonald's breakfast. I had very intense stomach pains and naseua all day yesterday, a fever last night, and diarhhea all day today.
