McDonald's
I got a MC Chicken off the dollar menu. As soon as I started eating it, I immediately started getting nauseous. I ended up in the ER this morning for dehydration, stomach cramps, diarrhea and vomiting. I will never eat at Any McDonalds locations ever again. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Dehydration, Cramps
