I had two mcdoubles. It wwas all i had to eat thqt day. Ive bewn in bed for the last two days with severe diareahh and cold sweats... cant hold anything in including water... starting to feel thw effects of severe dehydration now. Feeling week and shaky... way to go mcdonalds! ... bastards ! Now i know why i usually dont eat that crap | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Dehydration, Sweating
