McDonald's
Bought two spicy chicken sandwiches 10 mins before going into work. First meal of the day. Bad idea! 30 mins later my entire body started aching. Fever, very dizzy, lethargic. I worked the entire shift in that state. That was around 11:30 am and I still feel like crap. Fever and body aching. I blame my self for eating out specially at a fast food chain. | Symptoms: Fever, Dizziness
