McDonald's
I had a medium 10piece chicken nugget meal with a bottles water. A couple of hours later, my stomach started feeling upset. I drank more water, thinking it would subside, but it didn't. I now have diarrhea and I feel nauseous and a bit dizzy. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Dizziness
