I had a spicy mcchicken from mc donalds couple hours later I have the worst headache and I am vomiting and have the worst stomach pain running to the bathroom over and over diarrhea ... not sure if I want to eat there again | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Headache, Stomach Pain
