Additional information: My children have a restricted diet, sporadically they are used to eating the happy meal menu. There were never any problems. They went to school this morning. The school called me informing me about the situation of my daughter (6 years old). Vomiting and diarrhea. 1 hour later the school calls again, my son (10 years old) is not well; vomiting and diarrhea. It's not a coincidence.
