Big Mac Meal Illness - McDonald's, Long Beach California

9 years ago reported by user-nbxkm594 business

McDonald's

640 Long Beach Boulevard, Long Beach, 90813 California, United States

I bought my medium size Big Mac meal with a HIC orange, and a M&m Mcflurry on the side around 9:32pm on Feb 11, 2016. About an hour later my stomach started to become very painful. It felt like I was being squeezed and stabbed and I also became very dizzy and nauseous. My stomach was also growling very loudly and the pain continued for the next 30 minutes. I fell asleep around 11pm and woke up around 12:30am for more pain. I Laid in bed and curled up into a ball until the last strike of pain, I had to go to the bathroom. I thought I needed to have diarrhea but then I felt another symptom. I had to throw up. When I threw up it wasn't even a minute later that my diarrhea came out. I felt very light headed and I am continuing to have diarrhea along with nausea symtoms. I don't believe this was a good experience from McDonald's and I know for a fact I am not going back to purchase their food. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness
