I bought ONLY a twenty-peace Mcnugget with a Spite on Thurs, Feb 11th and last night I couldn't sleep. I woke up about 4 or 5 time to go to the bathroom, and all times I had diarrhea! Bad. Then I had very bad cramps, nausea, I felt bloated, and my stomach was growing very loudly! When I went to go to the restroom again, I BLEW CUNCKS!!! I will Never eat at McDonalds again, or at least that McDonalds. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Bloating
