McDonald's
i hadnt eaten anything all day, went to mcdonalds and got 2 mcdoubles, the first one tasted fine, the second one tasted a little funky, so i threw the last 1/3 out, come 5 hours later i have severe stomach pains, diarrhea, and im vomiting. disappointed. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
